The company
Most organisations have a formal structure.
But the real work happens in informal networks—who people trust, who they turn to, how information actually flows.
OrgLens helps leaders see and work with this “hidden organisation.”
We have used this approach with 30+ large Indian and multinational organisations. The product works. Clients see value.
The question now is: how do we scale this in a thoughtful, repeatable way?
Role Description
The role
This is not a typical sales or growth role. There is no ready playbook. You will help create one.
You will think about:
– Who is the real buyer for something like OrgLens?
– What is the right entry point into an organisation?
– How do we move from an interesting insight to a serious business conversation?
– What does a repeatable acquisition motion look like?
And then you will build it. You will work closely with the founder and a small team of analysts and technologists to shape and scale OrgLens.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
– Has 3–6 years of experience selling into HR / leadership / talent functions
– Can bring structure to ambiguous problems
– Is curious about how organisations actually work beneath formal structures
– Can hold a thoughtful business conversation, not just pitch a product
– Is comfortable building from zero—testing, learning, iterating
– Has a bias for action
An MBA helps, but is not essential if you have relevant experience . This is not for someone looking for a well-defined role.
This is for someone who wants to build one.
