Role Description
- Create and execute strategic action plans to ensure creators maintain relevance and consistently pursue fresh, innovative initiatives.
- Ideate a master plan to create new opportunities for our existing and incoming talent.
- Initiate Discussions with Team Head to implement the plan and meet required goals.
- Create a strong network within the industry on behalf of IPLIX Media and our creators.
- Represent or accompany creators to key events to build relationships and drive visibility.
- Spot PR-worthy angles from existing and upcoming content.
- Collaborate with PR agencies or media outlets to pitch stories, interviews, or features.
- Analyze creator potential and define customized growth trajectories.
- Recommend strategies based on interest areas, industry trends, and audience engagement.
- Track performance and adjust plans accordingly.
Requirements -
- Proven experience in creator management, influencer marketing, PR, or event strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital content and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and pitching skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a keen eye for opportunity.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
