About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive Growth Strategist to work on expanding Vajra’s reach through partnerships, new initiatives, and ecosystem collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking, executing, and building from scratch.
Location: Bangalore (Preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities
- Build partnerships with hospitals, vendors, and ecosystem players
- Work on go-to-market strategies and expansion plans
- Collaborate with sales, product, and founders
- Drive new initiatives to scale Vajra adoption
Who Should Apply
- 0–3 years experience in business, growth, or startups
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Excellent communication & networking skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Interest in healthcare / startups is a plus
