Darwix AI is building a physical AI-centred omnichannel agentic suite for BFSI sales conversations globally. Role Overview
We are looking for a highly ambitious, commercially sharp, and execution-driven Growth & Strategic Partnerships to join our core growth organization.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-growth startup ecosystems and want direct exposure to enterprise GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, AI-led business expansion, and global revenue growth.
As a key member of the growth team, you will work closely with founders, enterprise leaders, strategic partners, and CXOs across India and international markets. You will play a critical role in building Darwix AI’s partnership ecosystem, unlocking strategic growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion initiatives, and scaling enterprise relationships across BFSI, fintech, SaaS, consulting, and technology ecosystems.
This is not a conventional sales role. You will operate across partnerships, enterprise growth, market expansion, strategic alliances, ecosystem building, and revenue acceleration initiatives in one of the fastest-growing AI categories globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth and partnership initiatives across India, the UAE, Southeast Asia, and global enterprise markets.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with enterprise partners, consulting firms, technology providers, fintech ecosystems, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Build and scale high-impact partnership pipelines that contribute to enterprise adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with founders and senior leadership on GTM strategy, strategic collaborations, market penetration, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop highly personalized outreach strategies through LinkedIn, enterprise networking, founder-led outreach, events, strategic calling, and AI-powered engagement channels.
- Work closely with enterprise stakeholders including CXOs, founders, product leaders, innovation teams, and transformation heads to identify partnership synergies and business opportunities.
- Represent Darwix AI in strategic partnership discussions, enterprise meetings, industry events, networking forums, and executive-level conversations.
- Identify co-selling, co-marketing, referral, reseller, channel, and ecosystem partnership opportunities across target industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align partnership initiatives with customer use cases and business goals.
- Build and manage a strong growth pipeline while maintaining CRM hygiene, reporting visibility, partnership tracking, and revenue forecasting discipline.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify emerging partnership opportunities, AI ecosystem trends, and expansion opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic account planning, revenue acceleration initiatives, enterprise relationship management, and ecosystem-led growth strategies.
- Stay deeply informed about developments in AI, enterprise SaaS, conversational intelligence, fintech infrastructure, automation ecosystems, and emerging technology trends.
- Support strategic enterprise opportunities through stakeholder mapping, relationship management, executive coordination, and multi-touch engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in growth, partnerships, enterprise sales, business development, strategic alliances, SaaS sales, consulting, or B2B GTM roles.
- Strong interest in AI, enterprise technology, SaaS, fintech, automation, startup ecosystems, or emerging technology markets.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to identify strategic growth opportunities, partnership synergies, and enterprise business requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, or modern GTM tools.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership, target-driven startup environments.
- Strong research, networking, negotiation, partnership development, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, enterprise relationships, and cross-functional priorities simultaneously.
- High learning agility with willingness to work across evolving business priorities and international markets.
