Position Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2+ years (Freshers - please don’t apply)
Preferred Work Experience: Outbound sales to clinics, doctors and hospitals
Vehicle: Should possess own vehicle, a Two-wheeler is must.
Salary: 35-40k Fixed Per month + conveyance allowance + Sales Incentive upto 70-80K per month.
Key responsibilites: To sell icareheal software to clinic owners and doctors and achieve monthly targets

Role Overview
As a Growth Sr. Executive – Sales, you will be at the forefront of this journey — driving adoption of our SaaS platform among doctors and clinics. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role where your performance directly translates into growth, impact, and earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily field visits to doctors and clinic owners to build relationships and drive sales
- Present and demonstrate icareheal’s platform with a strong focus on conversion and value communication
- Generate and manage leads through inbound and outbound efforts
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring proper tracking and follow-ups
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets
- Take ownership of revenue generation and target achievement
- Participate in performance reviews and continuously improve conversion metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (preferably healthcare/clinic/hospital sales)
- Freshers are not eligible
- Bachelor’s degree (Science / Business / Health Sciences preferred); MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in outbound sales to clinics, doctors, or hospitals is preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
