We’re Hiring: Growth Specialist (Performance + Acquisition)
Company: Pixelphant Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Udaipur (On-site)
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Role Summary
Own and scale customer acquisition by building and optimizing one or more repeatable growth channels (paid, organic, outbound, partnerships). This role is accountable for measurable business outcomes, not just activity.
Core Responsibilities
1) Customer Acquisition (Primary KPI Owner)
• Drive new user acquisition through:
• Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
• SEO (high-intent keywords)
• Outbound campaigns (email / LinkedIn)
• Identify and double down on the highest ROI channel
👉 KPI: Cost per acquisition (CAC), new signups, qualified leads
2) Funnel Optimization (Critical)
• Improve conversion across:
• Landing page → signup
• Signup → first successful image output
• Run A/B tests on:
• Headlines
• CTAs
• Pricing display
• Onboarding flow
👉 KPI: Conversion rate, activation rate
3) Landing Page & Offer Development
• Create and iterate landing pages for:
• Specific ICPs (e.g. fashion brands, marketplaces)
• Specific use cases (bulk editing, model photos, etc.)
• Work with design/branding to ensure high visual impact
👉 KPI: Landing page conversion rate
4) Paid Marketing Execution
• Set up, manage, and optimize:
• Google Ads campaigns
• Retargeting campaigns
• Continuously improve:
• CTR
• CPC
• ROAS
👉 KPI: ROAS, CAC payback period
5) SEO & Content Strategy (Performance-driven)
• Target high-intent keywords like:
• “bulk product photo editing”
• “ecommerce image processing”
• Build content that ranks and converts (not blog fluff)
👉 KPI: Organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions from SEO
6) Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking:
• Traffic
• Conversion rates
• CAC
• Revenue per user
• Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes weekly
👉 KPI: Data clarity and decision velocity
7) Customer Insights & Feedback Loop
• Analyze user behavior (funnels, drop-offs)
• Work with founders to:
• Identify ICP
• Refine messaging
• Improve product-market fit
👉 KPI: Improved activation + retention
8) Experimentation Engine
• Run weekly experiments:
• New ad angles
• New landing pages
• New acquisition channels
• Kill what doesn’t work quickly
👉 KPI: Number of experiments → winning iterations
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of:
• Paid acquisition (Google Ads preferred)
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Funnels and user behavior
• Ability to execute independently (not just strategize)
• Analytical thinking (comfortable with data)
Good to have
• Experience in:
• SaaS or AI tools
• E-commerce ecosystem
• Basic understanding of:
• Landing page tools
• Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Copywriting for performance marketing
