Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Intern specializing in Lead Generation & Outreach for a full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi location. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business leads, developing outreach strategies, and managing communication with prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and formulate strategies for lead generation and growth
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication for outreach and client interaction
- Knowledge or experience in Growth Hacking and Sales to drive innovative and effective expansion strategies
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee growth-related tasks and initiatives
- Proactive attitude with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Previous internship experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
