Growth & Retention Senior Associate
We’re looking for a Growth & Retention Associate who is excited about using data, experimentation, and creative campaigns to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll work across CRM channels, website campaigns, and app growth initiatives, running experiments and campaigns that directly impact business metrics like conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
If you enjoy testing ideas, analyzing data, and improving numbers every week, this role will give you the ownership and playground to do exactly that.
What You’ll Own
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, Push, SMS, RCS)
You will own customer communication across all CRM channels and help turn them into strong revenue drivers.
What you’ll do:
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention, and reactivation
- Launch campaigns for sales, product launches, and key business moments
- Create segmentation-led campaigns to improve engagement and conversions
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and timing
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve CRM-driven revenue
Example projects you may work on:
- Designing a reactivation journey for dormant customers
- Running flash sale CRM campaigns that drive incremental revenue
- Creating personalized cross-sell journeys based on customer purchase behavior
Website Campaigns (Offers, Gifting & Promotions)
You will help run high-impact on-site campaigns that drive conversion and revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Plan the monthly website campaign calendar including offers, gifting strategies, and promotional moments
- Define campaign goals and expected revenue contribution
- Work with design and product teams to execute campaigns on the website
- Track performance and continuously optimize offers, discounting, and campaign messaging
App Growth & Engagement
You will work on initiatives that increase app adoption and engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Launch initiatives to increase app downloads and adoption
- Run app review and rating programs to improve store rankings
- Create post-purchase nudges and engagement journeys that bring users back to the app
Retention & Growth Experiments
You will continuously test ideas to improve repeat purchases, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
- Launch cross-sell and upsell experiments based on customer behavior
- Identify funnel drop-offs and growth opportunities
- Run structured growth experiments to improve retention and engagement
Metrics You’ll Help Improve
Your work will directly impact:
- CRM-driven revenue
- Repeat purchase rate
- App downloads and engagement
- Campaign conversion rates
- Customer lifetime value (LTV)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience with tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and experiments
- Curiosity to test ideas and improve performance metrics
- Someone who enjoys solving growth problems and optimizing campaigns
