Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Godavari, for a motivated Growth Specialist. The Growth Specialist will develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, crafting growth-driven campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to close opportunities, and managing cross-functional projects to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives. This individual will play a vital role in identifying opportunities for business expansion and will drive measurable growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis, identifying trends, and interpreting metrics to inform growth strategies
- Sales and Growth Hacking skills: Experience in driving user acquisition, implementing growth hacks, and navigating the sales process to fuel revenue
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to convey value propositions effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to organize, plan, and execute cross-functional projects with attention to detail and efficient time management
- Additional qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; previous experience in the tech or AI industry is a plus
