Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Specialist to own and execute growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on Offer creation, churn reduction, conversion rate optimization, and day-to-day sales performance of fast-growing subscription-based e-commerce brand focused on spiritual and wellness products.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, UX/UI, and analytics, and requires hands-on execution as well as strong cross-functional coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Growth & Retention:
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize churn reduction initiatives across the subscription lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, renewal, win-back) to improve Recurring and assuring its growing MOM.
- Analyze customer behavior, cohort data, and subscription metrics (churn, LTV, retention) to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and run offers, AB Tests, funnels, UX changes aimed at acquiring new customers and improving retention and lifetime value.
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyse sales performance across channels.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for immediate optimization.
- Work closely with performance marketing & email team to recommend tactical and strategic actions based on sales data.
- Research other subscription brands and look for more ways to improve acquisition, Revenue, LTV and AOV.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Own the landing page (LP) optimization roadmap to improve conversion rates.
- Define requirements and assign landing page development tasks to design and development teams.
- Coordinate closely with the UX/UI team to plan and execute A/B tests (layouts, copy, CTAs, flows).
- Analyze test results and translate insights into clear next steps.
Project Management & Execution:
- Break down growth initiatives into clear, actionable tasks.
- Assign, track, and manage tasks in Asana, ensuring timelines and priorities are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (UX/UI, marketing, content) to ensure smooth execution.
- Be hands-on with data: analyze and interpret datasets related to growth and retention.
- Build and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in a growth, retention, or performance-focused role, preferably in a subscription or D2C business.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking and optimizing metrics such as churn, retention, LTV, CAC, AOV, and conversion rates.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page performance improvement.
- Solid understanding of subscription business models, offer creation, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects using tools like Asana and collaborating with marketing, UX/UI, and product teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven, ownership-focused mindset.
