Build repeatable revenue engines for MSME climate finance | Work directly with founder
What this role does:
You don’t close deals—you build systems that bring deals daily (lead sourcing, outbound engines, distribution loops).
What you will do (non-negotiable):
- Build outbound engines (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, field loops, databases) that generate daily MSME leads - (manufacturing, exporters, clusters)
- Design and run distribution experiments (channels, messaging, partnerships)
- Create simple funnels: lead → conversation → conversion → onboarding
- Track what works, kill what doesn’t, double down fast
Who you target (ICP):
- Manufacturing MSMEs, exporters, supply-chain businesses | Clusters, associations, ecosystem partners, carbon partners
What success looks like (30 days):
- Predictable flow of qualified MSME leads
- At least 3 working acquisition channel with repeatable output
- Clear pipeline feeding sales/partnerships daily
- Example: 300–500 qualified MSME leads | 50+ conversations initiated | 10+ warm opportunities for sales team
Compensation:
- ₹0 fixed during 4-12 weeks probation (UNPAID)
- PPO with healthy compensation + variable + incentives based on results
- Top performers → equity (ownership in what you build) & upto ₹65,000 in cash.
We want:
- People who’ve built lead lists, scraped data, run outreach
- Comfortable experimenting (tools, hacks, manual work)
- Speed > perfection
We don’t want:
- Only “strategy” thinkers with no execution
- You rely only on paid ads or theory
- People waiting for instructions steb by step
- Resume-heavy, output-light candidates
