We are looking for a Growth Specialist who can identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and convert them into revenue.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by finding, engaging, and closing high-potential opportunities across markets, partnerships, and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle
- Understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Develop and execute growth and outreach strategies (online and offline)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Continuously track, analyze, and improve conversion and growth metrics
- Travel across Delhi NCR
3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and act with high ownership
Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and target-driven roles
Problem-solving mindset, you focus on outcomes, not just activity
Experience in health care is a bonus.
