Growth Specilist (Performance & Acquisition)

Role summary
We are looking for a Growth Specialist (Performance & Acquisition) who will own and scale customer acquisition by building and optimizing repeatable growth channels such as paid marketing, organic search, outbound campaigns, and partnerships.
This role focuses on measurable business outcomes like user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth rather than just marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition (Primary KPI Owner)
- Drive new user acquisition through multiple channels including:
- Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
- SEO targeting high-intent keywords
- Outbound campaigns (Email / LinkedIn)
- Identify and scale the highest ROI acquisition channels.
KPIs: Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), new signups, qualified leads
2. Funnel Optimization
- Improve conversion across the customer journey:
- Landing Page → Signup
- Signup → First successful image output
- Run A/B tests on:
- Headlines
- CTAs
- Pricing display
- Onboarding flows
KPIs: Conversion rate, activation rate
3. Landing Page & Offer Development
- Create and optimize landing pages for specific target customer segments (ICPs) such as fashion brands or marketplaces.
- Develop landing pages focused on specific use cases like bulk photo editing or product photography automation.
- Work with design and branding teams to ensure high visual impact and conversion-focused design.
KPI: Landing page conversion rate
4. Paid Marketing Execution
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Run retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
- Continuously optimize performance metrics including:
- CTR (Click-through rate)
- CPC (Cost per click)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
KPIs: ROAS, CAC payback period
5. SEO & Content Strategy (Performance-Focused)
- Target high-intent keywords such as:
- “bulk product photo editing”
- “ecommerce image processing”
- Develop SEO-driven content that generates both rankings and conversions.
KPIs: Organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions from SEO
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking:
- Traffic
- Conversion rates
- CAC
- Revenue per user
- Identify growth bottlenecks and propose improvements regularly.
KPI: Clear data insights and faster decision-making
7. Customer Insights & Feedback Loop
- Analyze user behavior across funnels and identify drop-offs.
- Work closely with leadership to:
- Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Refine messaging
- Improve product-market fit
KPIs: Improved activation and retention rates
8. Experimentation & Growth Testing
- Run continuous growth experiments such as:
- New ad creatives and messaging
- New landing page variations
- Testing new acquisition channels
- Quickly scale what works and stop what doesn’t.
KPI: Successful experiments leading to growth improvements
Required skills
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads preferred)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Good knowledge of marketing funnels and user behavior
- Ability to execute campaigns independently
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS or AI-based products
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem
- Basic understanding of landing page tools and analytics platforms such as:
- Google Analytics 4
- Mixpanel
- Skills in performance marketing copywriting
