About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive end-to-end growth for a modern consumer brand across performance marketing, CRM, retention, website optimisation, and omnichannel expansion. You’ll work closely with brand, creative, and business teams to scale customer acquisition and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid growth across Meta & Google, including strategy, budgets, optimisation, and performance
- Drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, retention, and CRM (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push)
- Lead website and conversion optimisation across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and UX
- Build performance-led creative testing with brand and creative teams
- Track key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and funnel performance
- Support omnichannel growth across D2C, marketplaces, retail, and emerging channels
- Manage agencies, partners, and growth operations with strong ownership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, D2C, or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, CRM, and attribution tools
- Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and conversion optimisation
- Experience scaling consumer brands, ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or similar categories
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working across strategy and execution
