About the role:
This is a hybrid role for someone who thinks at the intersection of product, data, and marketing and is equally comfortable in all three rooms.
You will be taking care of the full funnel, and this is a role for someone who switches contexts every day and prefers it that way. Organically, you need to work with data to identify what works and what doesn't, and double down on scaling up the channels and campaigns that work.
When a lead doesn't convert, you should know whether it's a marketing problem (we attracted the wrong person) or a product problem (we attracted the right person and lost them at activation). Then you'll do something about it.
What you'll own:
1. SEO performance
Keyword research, content briefs, ranking tracking, technical SEO basics, partnership with our SEO Content Specialist on what to publish, refresh, and kill.
2. CRO and experimentation
Run 3+ landing page and funnel experiments every month. Decide what to test, set up the experiment, measure the result, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
3. Dashboards and visualization
Own the weekly performance dashboard in Amplitude, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or wherever the data lives. Visualise the funnel. Make data accessible to the team. Surface insights, not just numbers.
4. Funnel diagnosis
Be the person who answers the question nobody else can: "Are we losing pipeline because of marketing or because of the product?"
Analyse lead quality (who's signing up, do they match our ICP?), activation (do signups convert to engaged users?), and drop-off (where in the funnel are we losing them?). Bring findings to the Growth Manager and Product team with specific recommendations.

Good to have
- Analytic Skills: Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, Amplitude, Clarity
- Paid ads experience
KPI's you will own
- Top of the funnel metrics: Website conversion rate, CTR, cost per conversion
- Bottom of the funnel metrics: Opportunities to customer conversion rate, sales qualified lead to marketing qualified lead conversion rate.
