Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth Specialist (Sales Manager) role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong opportunity pipeline & client relationships, and leading sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also play a critical role in analyzing market trends and staying ahead of industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AML Compliance, and Risk Mitigation solutions, as well as familiarity with Identity Resolution and Relationship Discovery Analytics tools
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate contracts
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Project Management capabilities and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience maintaining detailed client records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in technology or data solutions sales is highly desirable
