About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic team at Swades AI. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for systematically increasing conversion rates across our marketing site, signup flow, onboarding process, and pricing pages. You will own the entire experimentation roadmap, including conducting research, formulating hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing results, and implementing successful strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and product management, you will ensure the delivery of optimized user experiences that drive engagement and revenue growth. Your insights and data-driven approach will directly impact our company's growth trajectory and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or product growth within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or LaunchDarkly.
- Experience with behavioral analytics platforms including Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, or Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, and test design principles.
- Comfortable working with GA4, event tracking, and analyzing conversion funnels.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for test setup and implementation.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting tests, hypotheses, and learnings.
Responsibilities
- Audit conversion funnels—from landing pages to signup, activation, and paid conversions—and identify drop-off points and friction areas.
- Build and maintain an experimentation backlog prioritized based on data insights and user research findings.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with engineering and design teams to optimize user experiences.
- Analyze test results with statistical rigor, documenting key learnings and actionable insights to inform future experiments.
- Utilize heatmaps, session replays, and surveys to uncover user friction points and inform optimization strategies.
- Own the CRO roadmap, setting clear goals and milestones, and regularly report lift outcomes and insights to leadership teams.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to keep our optimization strategies innovative and effective.
