Role: Lead - Growth, Performance & MarTech
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8-12 years
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead - Growth, Performance & MarTech. This role owns the growth and infrastructure engine of the marketing organization end-to-end — performance marketing, marketing technology, website and digital experience, campaign operations, marketing intelligence, and client data strategy — and is accountable for acquisition, conversion, and funnel outcomes, not just enablement of them.
This role owns performance marketing and acquisition, the marketing technology stack, website and digital experience, campaign operations, and marketing intelligence, and gives the rest of marketing the data to know what's working.
The role directly manages the Performance & SEO Manager, MarTech Lead, Campaign Manager, and Website Project Lead, and oversees marketing enablement across CRM, campaign operations, martech platforms, website and digital experience management, client intelligence, reporting, and workflows, ensuring marketing operates with greater precision, scalability, and measurable business impact.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Own paid and organic acquisition strategy end-to-end — SEM, paid social, programmatic, SEO, AEO — across all client segments.
- Own the growth number: qualified lead volume across HNI and Asset management business, consumption of content, cost of acquisition, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution to business targets.
- Run structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) across landing pages, campaigns, and journeys to improve consumption/objective at every stage.
Website & Digital Experience
- Own the website and all owned digital platforms end-to-end — architecture, performance, personalization, and roadmap.
- Directly manage the website project management function to ensure execution speed and platform reliability. Evolve the website to be interactive and new-age.
Marketing Intelligence & Data Strategy
- Lead the marketing intelligence function to ensure marketing decisions are grounded in data, audience insights, and actionable intelligence.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into marketing performance, engagement trends, campaign effectiveness, website performance, and business impact.
- Translate client data, behavioural insights, and market intelligence into strategic recommendations and marketing actions.
- Drive a culture of data-led decision-making across the marketing organization.
MarTech & Campaign Infrastructure
- Partner closely with the MarTech Lead and technology teams to strengthen the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem across CRM, automation, analytics, and engagement platforms.
- Work closely with marketing managers to drive lifecycle marketing infrastructure across client journeys, automation programs, and engagement workflows.
- Drive stronger integration between campaigns, digital experiences, analytics, and client engagement journeys.
- Oversee the website project management team to drive seamless execution and improve engagement, personalization, and performance visibility across platforms.
Client Intelligence & Segmentation
- Act as the central custodian of marketing audience intelligence and engagement insights.
- Continuously refine segmentation models using behavioural, transactional, and engagement signals.
Marketing Impact & Measurement
- Define frameworks to measure marketing’s contribution to engagement, acquisition, relationship deepening, and business growth.
- Develop attribution and performance measurement models across campaigns, channels, and digital platforms.
- Establish KPI frameworks across the marketing funnel and client lifecycle.
AI & Advanced Intelligence Integration
- Work closely with analytics and AI teams to embed AI-driven intelligence into marketing workflows, personalization, campaign optimization, and digital experiences.
Voice of Client (VOC)
- Lead structured Voice of Client programs and feedback loops across clients, relationship managers, and business teams.
- Translate client insights into recommendations for marketing, engagement, and client experience improvements.
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience spanning performance marketing, marketing technology, and digital growth, ideally with direct ownership of a revenue or acquisition number, not only campaign delivery.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments spanning marketing technology ecosystems, campaign enablement, and digital marketing operations.
Skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and digital experience platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and ability to operate effectively in fast-evolving environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- High operational rigor with the ability to build scalable systems and processes.
