Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can define positioning, build distribution, and drive measurable traction. This is a hands-on role focused on strategy, execution, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
Define messaging and positioning
Develop and execute a LinkedIn-led content strategy
Build and test growth experiments
Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
Establish analytics and performance tracking
Identify and activate relevant communities
Create a repeatable content and distribution engine
Requirements
2+ years in digital, growth, or social media marketing
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience with SaaS or startup marketing preferred
Data-driven mindset
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment
Success in 90 Days
