Job Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Growth & Sales Operations Intern to support the growth of GRAC (Governance, Risk, Audit, and Compliance) platform.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI-driven sales automation, content marketing, and B2B outreach, helping scale our lead generation, engagement, and sales enablement processes.
This internship is ideal for individuals interested in SaaS sales, AI-powered marketing tools, and business development, offering hands-on exposure to modern Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies used by fast-growing technology companies.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
• Execute and monitor LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns using tools such as Jeeva and Apollo.
• Conduct high-intent cold calls to qualify leads identified through AI-powered filters.
• Maintain and update the AI-powered CRM (LightField) ensuring lead data, workflows, and follow-ups are properly tracked.
2. Content Creation & Lead Nurturing
• Use Notebook LM and CODA to develop newsletters, checklists, e-books, and whitepapers for educating the target audience.
• Support the setup, promotion, and coordination of webinars to engage and nurture prospects.
• Utilize Blaze.ai and Pomelli to automate and curate social media content focused on personal branding and industry insights.
3. Sales Enablement & Product Demonstrations
• Participate in live product demo meetings with prospective clients.
• Gradually lead portions of product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Manage and update interactive product tours using Guideflow to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong interest in AI tools and modern SaaS sales technologies
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms such as Apollo, CRM tools, and Generative AI applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with B2B stakeholders and professionals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tools, campaigns, and outreach activities simultaneously.
