Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Growth Sales Manager. The Growth Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring franchise and investment partners, executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and driving partner negotiations. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth engagements, overseeing partner lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance during execution. The ideal candidate will focus on growing the business network while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, pitching, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Ability to negotiate, manage partnerships, and close deals
- Strategic skills in market analysis, business development, and expansion planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in process-driven activities such as compliance, reporting, and documentation
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Proven experience in franchise development, business consultancy, or sales leadership is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent will be a plus
