What’s the Opportunity?
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven sales executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct conversations with prospects, thrives in fast-paced outbound environments, and is deeply curious about customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Research
- Identify and research potential clients aligned with our ideal customer profiles.
- Gather insights on decision-makers and business needs.
Outbound Outreach & Conversations
- Execute outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Confidently initiate conversations with prospects to introduce Nexuses and its offerings.
- Clearly communicate value propositions during live interactions.
Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations.
- Book meetings with relevant decision-makers for the sales team.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM.
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately.
Relationship Building
- Establish trust-based relationships through consistent and professional communication.
- Act as the first point of contact representing the Nexuses brand.
Collaboration & Growth Initiatives
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to share insights from prospect conversations.
- Support growth hacking initiatives with on-ground market feedback.
Content & Marketing Support
- Contribute to ideation for content such as blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and outreach scripts.
- Assist in creating marketing assets like presentations, one-pagers, and social media creatives.
What You’ll Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in live conversations.
- Comfort in speaking to new people and initiating discussions professionally.
- Fluency in spoken English and working proficiency in Hindi.
- A passion for sales, customer engagement, and performance-driven outcomes.
- Ability to quickly learn scripts, offerings, and objection-handling techniques.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
