About the Role
JobsKart is looking for a motivated Growth Sales Associate to drive business growth by connecting with employers and promoting our job posting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calls, social media, referrals, and campaigns
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and business owners
- Pitch JobsKart services based on hiring needs
- Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Maintain records and coordinate with internal teams
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
- 0–2 years in sales/tele sales/B2B
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
