We’re Hiring | Growth & Revenue Operations Lead
Location: Noida (Sector 67)
This is not just a marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, revenue, and performance, not just campaigns.
You’ll work on:
• Performance marketing & funnel optimization
• Lead generation aligned with revenue targets
• Improving ROAS, CPL & CAC
• Building scalable growth frameworks
Compensation: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month (based on capability) + performance-based growth
