The Role
As the Growth & Revenue Lead (South Region), you will own the entire demand-side revenue engine for GoNanny. Taking the baton from the growth/marketing team, you will front-end the consultation pipeline for high-net-worth urban families, manage high-value conversion funnels, and design the sales playbooks that turn inbound interest into active subscriptions.
This is a high-ownership leadership role. You will initially lead high-touch consultations directly, but as we scale post-funding, you will architect, recruit, and mentor the entire Business Development and Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & Consultation Strategy (The Conversion Engine)
- High-Touch Closures: Personally frontend consultation calls and physical meetings with premium, dual-income urban families to understand their child-care anxieties, household dynamics, and constraints.
- Value-Based Selling: Position GoNanny not as a local maid bureau, but as a critical infrastructure layer (highlighting our background verifications, fintech payroll tracking, and guaranteed backup pipelines) to close high-value annual and monthly subscriptions.
- Pipeline Management: Own the lead conversion funnel from the moment a lead is generated by marketing to final contract signing and payment realization, ensuring industry-best conversion rates.
Process Platformization & Playbook Creation
- Sales Playbooks: Translate early founder-led sales scripts into structured, scalable, and highly converting B2C/B2B2C sales playbooks.
- CRM Governance: Optimize our sales tech stack (TeleCRM, WhatsApp Business APIs) to automate lead tracking, follow-up cadences, and sales stage visibility.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the strategic link between the Growth (Marketing) team and the Supply/Operations team. Provide continuous feedback loops regarding changing parent requirements to optimize nanny sourcing parameters.
Hyper-Local & Strategic Partnerships
- Gated Community Penetration: Design and execute offline activation strategies, Resident Welfare Association (RWA) tie-ups, and hyper-local community events within premium residential pockets to capture localized demand.
- Corporate B2B Channels: Collaborate with corporate HR networks to integrate GoNanny into corporate employee wellness and creche-compliance benefit programs, unlocking zero-CAC multi-family clusters.
Team Leadership & Scaling
- Build, train, and manage a high-performance team of Demand Associates and Inside Sales Executives.
- Define clear performance KPIs, daily call targets, conversion benchmarks, and incentive structures aligned with GoNanny’s revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of aggressive sales experience, with at least 2 years leading a business development or premium inside sales team within consumer tech (B2C), premium ed-tech, real estate, premium hospitality, or subscription-based platforms.
- High-Stakes Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. The ability to navigate complex, emotionally charged conversations with premium white-collar corporate parents is crucial.
- Data-Driven Execution: You are obsessed with sales metrics - CAC, LTV, Lead-to-SQL ratios, and conversion velocities. High proficiency in CRM architectures and Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Startup Grit: Comfortable with the ambiguity of a pre-seed startup environment. You must have the willingness to pick up the phone and close deals yourself before delegating to a team.
- Builder’s Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. You are proactive, self-motivated, and excited to build processes from the ground up.
