Job Purpose:
The Growth & Revenue Lead is responsible for driving lead generation, learner acquisition, and enrollment growth for a cohort-based Agentic AI Product Management certification program hosted on Maven. The role supports a premium live learning product positioned around practical AI product management, hands-on workshops, and career advancement outcomes, and therefore requires strong capability in both growth marketing and consultative sales execution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve enrollment, revenue, and cohort seat-fill targets for the program.
- Identify, attract, and convert prospective learners from the US market, including product managers, aspiring AI PMs, engineers, designers, and other technology professionals seeking career transition or upskilling opportunities.
- Manage the full sales funnel including lead generation, lead qualification, follow-up communication, counseling calls, objection handling, and final enrollment conversion.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, creator-led content, online communities, partnerships, and paid acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate with the founder to create effective messaging, campaign themes, launch plans, email sequences, webinar promotions, and conversion-oriented landing page inputs aligned with the course value proposition.
- Maintain prompt engagement with US-based leads by working a shift aligned to Pacific Daylight Time for business hours, specifically from 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST.
- Track and report key business metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, consultation bookings, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, revenue contribution, and seat utilization per cohort.
- Maintain CRM systems, lead databases, follow-up workflows, and reporting dashboards to improve conversion efficiency and business visibility.
- Support brand-building and market credibility through testimonials, student success stories, LinkedIn-led visibility, live sessions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Continuously assess market response, campaign performance, and learner feedback to improve marketing strategy and sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, performance marketing, and learner enrollment functions.
- Proven experience in selling education, certification, coaching, or cohort-based learning programs, preferably in technology, upskilling, or professional education domains.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with international customers; prior exposure to the US market is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, consultative selling, CRM management, and digital conversion processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence working professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability and willingness to work a fixed evening/night shift aligned with PDT hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in marketing or selling AI, SaaS, product management, or technology-related learning programs.
- Familiarity with cohort-based learning platforms such as Maven and related creator-led education ecosystems.
- Experience in webinar-based selling, LinkedIn-led demand generation, email automation, and founder-brand growth strategies.
- Understanding the professional learning needs of product managers, aspiring AI professionals, and technical career transition audiences.
