Role Description The Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for FlyAds AI. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves designing and executing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and analyzing performance data to improve conversion and retention. The Growth Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities, develop campaigns, and refine positioning. Daily tasks include managing outreach and partnerships, tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting product or process enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth hacking and experimentation to drive user and revenue growth.
- Sales experience, including lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline management.
- Project management capabilities for planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel growth initiatives.
- Experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
