Role Overview: We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented Growth & Program Associate to support outreach, communication, operations, engagement, coordination, events, and execution across fast-moving initiatives and programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of independently driving execution across multiple responsibilities in dynamic work environments. The role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, operational execution, engagement management, research support, and contribution to growth and program-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive outreach, engagement, counselling coordination, and communication initiatives across programs and growth activities
• Support campaign execution, community-building efforts, webinars, events, stakeholder coordination, and operational workflows
• Manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, execution tracking, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across initiatives
• Support leadership, business development, research, and execution-related activities through strong coordination and communication
• Identify execution gaps, solve operational bottlenecks, independently move work forward, and contribute to measurable outcomes
What Success Looks Like:
• Reliable execution, responsiveness, follow-through, and strong pipeline creation
• Ability to independently manage multiple moving priorities while maintaining quality and timelines
• Strong communication and coordination across students, teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Proactive contribution of ideas, improvements, research inputs, and execution support
• Ownership mindset with the ability to close loops, solve problems, and drive outcomes effectively
• Consistent support in improving engagement, outreach effectiveness, operational coordination, and program execution quality
Eligibility & Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, Media, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, outreach, communications, marketing, growth, coordination, engagement, counselling, or related roles
• Strong communication, content creation, research, analytical, and time-management skills
• Creative, adaptable, organised, execution-focused, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in fast-moving environments
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness
• Interest in AI, technology, workforce transformation, learning ecosystems, or future-of-work initiatives
• Familiarity with SAP, AI, or enterprise-focused environments is a plus
• Candidates with shorter notice periods preferred
Freshers with strong internships, leadership exposure, or demonstrated execution ability may also apply.
