We’re launching two AI-first products and are looking for our first dedicated marketing hire to own how these products show up in the world.
Alvoff.AI is a B2B marketplace that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and connect with relevant vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ozyn.AI is an AI assistant for non-technical users, designed to help people get everyday digital work done through a simple assistant-led interface.
A lot of our early product marketing will happen through organic content on Instagram and X, along with founder-led content, community distribution, and wherever our target users actually spend time.
This is not a “post 3 times a week and check the box” role. We’re looking for someone who can shape our voice, build an audience from the ground up, understand the product deeply, talk to users, create content that actually resonates, and turn organic content into a real growth channel. Paid ads may exist as a secondary lever, but organic is the main game. You’ll work directly with the founders, sit close to the product, and have the freedom and responsibility to figure out what works.
What you’ll do
- Own our presence on Instagram and X end-to-end — strategy, writing, posting, engaging, testing, and iterating
- Build a sharp, distinctive point of view for both products and turn it into posts, threads, carousels, reels, short-form videos, launch content, and product-led stories
- Create content that explains what the products do, why they matter, who they help, and how users can benefit from them
- Ghostwrite and amplify content for the founders across X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Talk to users and customers regularly to understand their problems, objections, language, workflows, and buying behavior
- Sit close to product and sales to understand product updates, customer feedback, support issues, and market signals
- Track what content drives reach, engagement, signups, demos, activation, and repeat usage
- Run weekly experiments across content formats, hooks, positioning, channels, and audience segments
- Use paid ads selectively to amplify organic content that is already performing well
- Help us identify which other channels are worth expanding into, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, communities, SEO, or partnerships
- Build a repeatable organic growth engine instead of just managing a content calendar
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, growth marketing, product marketing, or early-stage startup marketing
- Strong writing skills — this is non-negotiable
- Experience creating content for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar organic channels
- Proof that you have grown a product, brand, founder account, community, or your own account from early stage to a real engaged audience
- Ability to understand a product deeply and turn features into simple, compelling stories
- Good sense of what makes content work: hooks, formats, timing, audience psychology, visual taste, and distribution
- Comfort with experimentation, analytics, and learning from numbers
- Founder-like energy: you are comfortable taking ownership, moving fast, talking to users, and figuring things out without waiting for a fixed playbook
- Comfort being on camera or ghostwriting for founders. One of these has to be true.
Good to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, AI products, marketplaces, productivity tools, or automation tools
- A personal audience on X, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube
- Basic comfort with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
- Experience creating short-form videos, reels, carousels, memes, product demos, or founder-led content
- Familiarity with paid social as an amplifier, not as the main growth channel
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience working directly with founders or early-stage product teams
