About LOOV
LOOV is a smart employee monitoring and productivity management software designed for businesses to track attendance, work hours, screenshots, application usage, website usage, productivity, and team performance.
We are looking for a Growth Manager who can help us scale LOOV by generating leads, converting customers, building partnerships, and creating strong growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The Growth Manager will be responsible for:
1. Generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels.
2. Identifying business owners, HR teams, IT companies, agencies, and enterprises who need employee monitoring and productivity software.
3. Conducting product demos and clearly explaining LOOV features, benefits, pricing, and use cases.
4. Following up with prospects regularly and converting them into paid customers.
5. Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
6. Creating growth strategies to increase free trials, demo bookings, subscriptions, and revenue.
7. Working closely with the founder, marketing team, and product team to improve customer acquisition.
8. Understanding customer requirements and sharing product improvement feedback with the internal team.
9. Managing existing customers, helping them with onboarding, renewal, upselling, and retention.
10. Creating partnerships with consultants, resellers, HR service providers, and business communities.
11. Tracking sales performance, conversion rates, customer feedback, and monthly revenue growth.
12. Preparing weekly and monthly reports on leads, demos, conversions, revenue, and growth activities.
Required Skills
The candidate should have:
1. Strong knowledge in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or IT product sales.
2. Good understanding of employee monitoring, HR software, productivity tools, or business software will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
4. Strong presentation and demo skills.
5. Ability to convince business owners and decision-makers.
6. Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up management.
7. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking.
8. Ability to work with targets and monthly revenue goals.
9. Self-motivated attitude with ownership mindset.
10. Ability to understand product features and explain them in simple business language.

Qualification
Any degree is acceptable.
MBA, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or IT-red background will be preferred.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skillset, and performance.
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives can be offered based on the candidate profile.
