📊 Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience in EdTech domain
• Deep understanding of funnel optimization (end-to-end user journey)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing & experimentation platforms
• Experience working on Web and/or Mobile applications
📊 Core Qualifications:
• 4–7 years in Growth PM / Web Or Mobile PM roles
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Proven track record of improving conversions and driving revenue impact
• Ability to convert insights into fast, measurable experiments
✨ Bonus:
• Experience in freemium or product-led growth models
• Background in subscription / D2C / consumer products
