About the Company
Libra AI is building the next generation of AI-powered productivity tools. We just launched, the market responded, and now we're scaling what works and rethinking what doesn't. We're small, fast, and opinionated. And we're looking for people who are the same.
If you think in cohorts, obsess over first-run experience, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
Libra AI just launched, and the signal is clear. Users are showing up. Now the question is: do they stay, do they deepen, and do they bring others with them? We're building a product-led growth motion that doesn't just rely on virality hacks. It's engineered into the product itself. Every onboarding step, every moment of delight, every reason to come back tomorrow. That's the system we need someone to own. We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to architect that system from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth funnel end-to-end from first visit to activation to long-term retention. You're not advising on growth; you're building it.
- Design and ship onboarding experiences that get users to their first "aha" moment faster. Then make it even faster.
- Build gamification and engagement loops that feel natural, not manipulative. Streaks, milestones, social proof. Whatever makes sense for the product, not just what's trendy.
- Identify and close activation gaps where are users dropping off, and why? Run experiments, ship fixes, measure impact, repeat.
- Drive retention by understanding what keeps users coming back and engineering more of it into the core product experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design you'll define the what and the why, and work hands-on with the team on the how.
- Instrument, measure, and iterate build the analytics muscle around growth. Define the right metrics, set up tracking, and let data inform, not dictate, decisions.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of product growth experience, preferably at a B2C or PLG-driven SaaS company. You've owned a funnel, run experiments, and moved metrics.
- Deep intuition for user psychology you understand why people do what they do in products, and you can translate that into design decisions.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and functionality you care about how things look *and* how they work. You can tell when an experience feels off before the data confirms it.
- Fluency in onboarding, gamification, activation, and retention these aren't buzzwords for you; they're the levers you pull every day.
- Bias toward action you ship fast, learn fast, and don't wait for permission to test an idea.
- Immediate availability preferred we're moving quickly and want someone who can too.
Pay range and compensation package
- Direct impact on a product used by real users from day one.
- A seat at the table with the founding team.
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity in an early-stage company with early traction.
- A team that cares deeply about craft in product, in code, in design.
