ROLE
Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist (Social + Paid Ads + Retargeting)
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just run campaigns—but drives real conversions. If you know how to turn social media engagement into qualified leads, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Convert our social media audience and engagement into high-quality leads
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and optimize retargeting funnels across WhatsApp and email
- Manage and nurture our social media community to boost trust and conversions
- Strategize and oversee content + creatives that actually perform
- Run campaigns end-to-end: from ideation → execution → optimization → reporting
What You Should Bring
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategies
- Hands-on experience with retargeting (WhatsApp, email funnels, CRM integrations)
- Ability to blend data + creativity for high-converting campaigns
- Experience using AI tools to optimize ad performance, targeting, and creatives
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, funnels, and conversion tracking
