About Prolper
Prolper is a fast-growing on-demand services marketplace app based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Think Urban Company for Canada — we connect homeowners with trusted service providers across 150+ categories including cleaning, plumbing, electrical, moving, and more. We operate across 19 cities in Ontario under the tagline "One App. Every Service." Both a Customer app and a Business (provider) app are live on Android and iOS.
We are in active launch phase and moving fast.
The role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Manager on a contract basis to own and execute Prolper's full marketing operation. This is not a strategy-only role — you will be executing campaigns daily, reporting weekly, and optimising continuously with the primary goal of driving high-quality customer app downloads at the lowest possible CPI.
Budget under management: CA$4,500–5,000/month across paid and organic channels.
What you will own
· Google App Install campaigns (Firebase-linked, Android + iOS, GTA geo-targeting)
· Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram app install and leads campaigns (Advantage+)
· App Store Optimisation (ASO) — keyword research, listing copy, screenshot A/B testing for Google Play and App Store
· Influencer coordination — sourcing, briefing, and tracking 4–6 GTA-based micro-influencers
· SEO — briefing and publishing location-specific service content (e.g. "best handyman in Vaughan")
· Social content calendar — Reels, carousels, static posts for @prolperapp (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
· Print asset coordination — liaising with local GTA distributor for flyer and door hanger drops
· Weekly reporting — installs, CPI, ROAS, ASO rankings, and channel-level attribution
You are a strong fit if you have
· 6+ years in performance marketing, with at least 4 years managing mobile app install campaigns
· Hands-on experience with Google UAC / App campaigns and Meta Ads Manager
· Familiarity with Firebase, AppsFlyer, or a similar mobile attribution tool
· Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace or on-demand services platform (Urban Company, Swiggy, Dunzo, Ola, or similar is a strong plus)
· Strong written English — you will be writing ad copy, influencer briefs, and reports
· Ability to work async with a 1-hour daily overlap window with Toronto (EST)
Nice to have
· Knowledge of Canadian or GTA market consumer behaviour
· Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, or AppFollow
· Basic Canva or design skills for minor creative edits
