🚀 We’re Hiring: Growth & Performance Marketer (AI-First)
📍 Location: Rohini, Delhi (On-site)

Looking for someone who understands performance marketing + growth + AI-driven execution.
If you’re someone who doesn’t just run ads but thinks in funnels, data, and scale, this role is for you.
If you’ve never scaled campaigns or used AI for growth — this role is not for you.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
• Plan, execute & scale campaigns across Meta, Google & other paid channels
• Optimize full funnel (ads → landing page → conversion → retention)
• Work on retention channels like WhatsApp, Push & Email
• Analyze data & improve ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR
• Collaborate on high-converting creatives, hooks & angles
• Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages & funnels
🤖 AI & Growth (Important):
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. for faster execution
• Generate ad copies, hooks, scripts & creative ideas using AI
• Leverage AI for campaign insights, research & testing angles
• Improve speed & efficiency of campaign execution using AI
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of D2C performance marketing
• Data-driven mindset (numbers > opinions)
• Ability to move fast & take ownership
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
⚡ Bonus Points:
• Experience in supplements / D2C brands
• Worked on retention (WhatsApp, CRM, Push)
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, tracking tools
• Understanding of CRO & funnel building
