Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Budget: 60 to 1 Lakh per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives across our services. This role requires someone who can confidently manage the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships. The role reports directly to the Founder and will play a key role in shaping the agency’s growth..
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services
- Work on hot and warm leads provided by the agency and convert them into active business
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through outbound efforts, networking, and industry connections
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle including pitching, presentations, negotiations, closing, and client onboarding
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations aligned with client briefs and brand objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate internally with creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
- Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and closures, and provide regular updates to the Founder
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within advertising, media, marketing, or events
- Strong understanding of brand communication, experiential marketing, and content-driven campaigns
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and directly with senior leadership
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to work
