Role Description The Growth & Partnerships Intern will support business development and relationship management efforts in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include identifying potential partners, conducting market and stakeholder research, and assisting in outreach and follow-ups with clients and collaborators. The intern will help prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials, and contribute to maintaining the partnerships pipeline and tracking key metrics. Day-to-day work will involve coordinating with internal project teams, supporting sales conversations, and contributing to growth initiatives such as campaigns and events. The role offers exposure to strategic decision-making in research and advisory, with opportunities to learn from senior practitioners.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and draw structured insights.
- Effective communication skills, with clear written and verbal expression and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Growth hacking and sales skills, with an interest in experiment-driven growth, lead generation, and supporting partnership development.
- Basic project management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination across teams.
- Demonstrated interest in research, consulting, public policy, or social impact sectors.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or tracking tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and learn quickly from feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as economics, public policy, business, social sciences, or related disciplines.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates (MBA, BBA, Commerce, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related fields).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva, Notion) knowledge is a plus.
