Key Responsibilities
Explore and identify prospective clients and business opportunities
Conduct market and company research
Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Assist in presenting Groot Hiring’s services to potential partners
Track leads, responses, and follow-up activities
Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements
Contribute ideas to improve outreach and growth strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in sales, partnerships, recruitment, or consulting
Comfort using LinkedIn and professional networking tools
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
