We design and deliver AI workshops, capability-building programs, consulting support, and productivity-led learning experiences that make AI useful, simple, and action-oriented.
We are now seeking a Growth & Partnerships Executive to help us expand our reach, generate qualified opportunities, and build strong business relationships.
Role Summary
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building conversations, creating opportunities, and driving business growth.
You will work closely with the founder to identify prospects, initiate outreach, nurture leads, support proposal follow-ups, and help build partnerships that can lead to workshops, consulting assignments, training programs, and long-term collaborations.
This is not a passive coordination role.
We are looking for someone proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable owning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients across:
- HR / Talent Acquisition teams
- L&D teams
- staffing and recruitment firms
- colleges/institutions
- SMEs / founders/communities
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
Partnership Development
- Reach out to potential ecosystem partners such as:
- training firms
- colleges
- business communities
- HR groups
- industry networks
- Explore collaboration opportunities for workshops, events, and learning programs
Sales Support & Follow-ups
- Coordinate discovery calls / demo meetings for the founder
- Follow up on proposals, shared decks, and active opportunities
- Track lead movement across the sales pipeline
- Maintain clean and updated records in Sheets / CRM / trackers
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, potential sectors, and emerging demand areas in AI learning and training
- Share actionable inputs that can help improve outreach and positioning
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the founder and internal team to align on:
- campaign priorities
- outreach strategy
- event / workshop opportunities
- partnership conversations
What Success Looks Like in This Role
In the first 60 to 90 days, you should be able to:
- create a structured outreach pipeline
- generate qualified discovery meetings
- support proposal follow-ups consistently
- help open doors for new workshop and partnership opportunities
- reduce founder dependency on manual follow-up and outreach
Ideal Candidate Profile
We would love to hear from you if you:
- have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, inside sales, lead generation, client outreach, or growth roles
- are comfortable speaking with professionals, founders, HR leaders, and institutions
- can write strong outreach messages and follow-ups
- are organized, responsive, and execution-focused
- are confident using digital tools and can work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Background

- The contract duration is 12 months, convertible to a full-time employment basis on performance
