Responsibilities
- Outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold channels
- Build inbound pipeline through LinkedIn content/marketing
- Generate qualified leads and manage pipeline
- Own conversion and closing of clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Growth & Partnerships
- Experience in outbound outreach + LinkedIn/inbound marketing
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals / drive revenue
- Exposure to recruitment / staffing is a plus
- Strong communication skills
