We are looking for a Growth Partnerships Intern to support our client acquisition and revenue initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in understanding how partnerships are built, nurtured, and converted into measurable business outcomes.
About the Role
As a Growth Partnerships Intern, you will contribute to identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline. You will gain exposure to how outreach strategies, qualification frameworks, and partnership development operate within a growing digital agency.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Outreach
- Identify and engage with prospective clients across industries
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels
- Communicate DigiChakra360’s offerings in a clear and structured manner
- Support qualification of leads based on defined criteria
Pipeline Coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
- Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and lead status
- Ensure smooth transitions between outreach and sales stages
Follow-ups & Communication
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients
- Address initial queries and route complex discussions appropriately
Learning & Exposure
- Observe live sales and strategy discussions
- Gain insight into deal structuring, negotiation, and client onboarding
- Understand the fundamentals of revenue and partnership systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally in virtual interactions
- Interest in business development, partnerships, or marketing
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (ads, SEO, websites)
- Structured thinking and problem-solving approach
- Comfort with outreach-based roles and performance metrics
Program Structure
Internship Phase (3 Months)
- Structured onboarding and guided execution
- Hands-on exposure to live projects and outreach systems
- Mentorship from the revenue and leadership team
Post-Internship Opportunity
Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time Growth Partnerships Associate role with progression into:
- Senior Associate
- Team Lead
- Partnerships / Revenue Manager
Compensation
During Internship (3 months)
- Payment: ₹5,000 per month (performance incentives)
Full-Time Opportunity (Post Internship)
- Compensation up to ₹3 LPA (fixed + performance incentives)
- Additional growth opportunities based on performance
