Role Description We’re looking for a Marketplace Growth Partner who understands the Nykaa ecosystem and can help us grow our business.
Responsibilities
* Scale sales on Nykaa Fashion
* Work towards listing our bags, footwear and other categories
* Plan and execute Nykaa promotions and campaigns
* Drive performance marketing and affiliate collaborations
* Improve product visibility, conversions and marketplace performance
* Coordinate with the Wrapgame team on launches and marketing initiatives
Who Should Apply
* Experience working with brands on Nykaa or similar marketplaces
* Strong understanding of marketplace growth strategies
* Performance marketing and affiliate marketing experience is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a results driven approach
Compensation
This is a purely commission based opportunity to begin with. Compensation will be directly linked to sales generated. We are committed to investing in marketing, promotions and affiliate campaigns to support growth, making this an ideal opportunity for someone confident in delivering measurable results.
