What you'll do:
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our sales pipeline — identifying key decision-makers across HR, People & Culture, and leadership teams, and turning cold outreach into warm conversations.
- Research target accounts and ideal buyer profiles
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Craft personalized, high-impact outreach messages
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls and demos
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams
You're a great fit if you:
- Have strong communication and people skills
- Are curious about B2B sales, SaaS, or HRTech
- Understand sales funnels and CRM tools
- Are organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (prior outbound experience is a bonus)
