Role: Growth & Outreach Intern (Founders / Startups)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly proactive intern to help us solve one of the biggest problems in startups: getting users.

This is not a typical “marketing” role.

You’ll work directly on real distribution—reaching out to founders, starting conversations, and helping us grow an audience from scratch.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and reach out to founders on LinkedIn, Twitter, and communities

- Start meaningful conversations (not spam)

- Engage with posts (comments, discussions, insights)

- Help grow and manage early-stage audience

- Share feedback from users to improve the product

- Assist in testing different outreach strategies

---

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills (clear, simple, human—not robotic)

- Comfortable talking to new people and starting conversations

- Consistent and disciplined (daily execution matters more than talent)

- Curious about startups, founders, and building products

- Basic understanding of LinkedIn / social platforms

Bonus (not required):

- Experience with content writing or social media

- Interest in AI / startups

---

What You’ll Learn

- How real startup growth works (beyond theory)

- Founder-led distribution strategies

- How to turn conversations into users

- Early-stage product thinking

---

Important

This role is execution-heavy.

You’ll be expected to:

- do daily outreach

- talk to real users

- learn by doing

If you’re looking for a passive or “certificate-only” internship, this is not for you.

---

Perks

- Work directly with a founder

- High ownership and real impact

- Potential for long-term role / growth

---
