In less than a year, we’ve built a community of high-net-worth Indians, Indian expats across the world, and conscious founders who trust us with their personal growth.
Over the next five years, we’re expanding across India and the Indo-Pacific region with programs, digital products, workshops, and retreats designed to bring conscious, introspective work to a global audience. We’re looking for a Growth & Outreach Intern who enjoys meaningful conversations, relationship building, and engaging with people who are curious about personal growth.
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Responsibilities
• Outreach and engagement with relevant audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Initiate thoughtful conversations with people interested in personal growth and self-awareness
• Respond to messages, comments, and community interactions
• Support in nurturing Cosmofynd’s online communities and conversations
• Identify potential collaborators, partners, and aligned communities
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people online
• Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or self-awareness
• Organized and proactive in managing outreach and follow-ups
• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and building genuine connections
Bonus If You Have
• Experience managing LinkedIn or Instagram communities
• Basic understanding of audience engagement or growth strategies
• Interest in conscious entrepreneurship or wellness space
