Role Description
We're looking for a highly driven Growth & Outreach Intern to help scale outreach and build top-of-funnel traction for RecruitGem.
This is not a theoretical marketing role — you will work directly with the founder on real distribution, real conversations, and real customer acquisition in the AI + SaaS + hiring space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build targeted lead lists
- Execute outbound outreach on LinkedIn (connection requests, DMs, follow-ups)
- Track and manage outreach pipeline (Google Sheets / Notion)
- Handle structured follow-ups and draft communication plans to improve response rates
- Assist in booking demo calls and free trial signups
- Repurpose founder insights into LinkedIn posts
- Contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies
Requirements
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach
- Analytical mindset — ability to track outreach data and derive insights
- High ownership and daily consistency
- Interest in startups / AI / SaaS / hiring domain
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Bonus: Prior sales/marketing internship, familiarity with Notion or Google Sheets, knowledge of growth hacking techniques
