About WareIQ
WareIQ is a YC-backed eCommerce fulfillment and logistics technology company helping brands scale across marketplaces, D2C, quick commerce, and B2B channels in India.
We are now scaling outbound growth across multiple verticals and experimenting with new international solutions in the cross-border commerce and inventory planning space.
We are looking for someone junior to mid-level who is hungry to learn, execute fast, test messaging, and build outbound systems from scratch.
What You’ll Work On
You will help scale outbound growth across multiple business lines through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM).
This is not a “brand marketing” role. This is execution-heavy outbound growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound email campaigns across different industry verticals
- Research ICPs, buyer personas, and target accounts
- Create and manage LinkedIn outreach cadences
- Personalize outbound messaging using AI tools and research workflows
- Run experiments on subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, and sequencing
- Test and improve deliverability across domains and inboxes
- Maintain lead lists, enrichment workflows, and outbound hygiene
- Work with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar tools
- Coordinate with founders and sales teams on outbound priorities
- Track campaign metrics including open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion quality
- Learn and execute ABM workflows for enterprise accounts
- Support outbound experiments for new international solutions in stealth mode
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound marketing, SDR ops, email marketing, or growth
- Familiarity with outbound tools and workflows
- Understanding of:
- Email deliverability
- Domain warmup
- Inbox rotation
- Personalization
- LinkedIn outreach
- Lead enrichment
- Strong written English
- High ownership and execution speed
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and testing new ideas rapidly
- Curious about AI tools and automation workflows
Good To Have
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or Freshsales
- Experience running ABM campaigns
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or logistics/eCommerce ecosystem
- Understanding of scraping, enrichment, or AI-assisted prospecting workflows
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
