Growth & Operations Intern (Work From Office)About Us
Voorent is building a new-age furniture rental and customization ecosystem focused on smart living solutions, customer experience, and operational excellence. We work closely with vendors, brokers, customers, and digital platforms to scale our business across multiple categories.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and proactive Growth & Operations Intern who can support day-to-day business operations, vendor coordination, outreach activities, and social media handling. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founding team and gain real startup exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to brokers, channel partners, and potential business leads
- Find and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Handle and maintain basic data sheets and operational records
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
- Support social media posting and coordination
- Help in business growth and lead generation activities
- Coordinate internally with different teams for smooth execution
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a startup environment
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
- Immediate Joining Preferred
- Work From Office
- Duration: 1–3 Months (extendable based on performance)
