We are looking for a Growth & Operations Associate to drive lead conversion and sales follow-up, manage customer and vendor relationships, and support day-to-day business operations and office administration. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys the mix of customer-facing sales work and structured operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead conversion & sales follow-up — turning enquiries into confirmed orders (B2B), including IndiaMART lead management
• Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate quotations, samples & proposals
• Vendor coordination and relationship management
• Invoicing, documentation & dispatch coordination
• Support daily operations and process improvement
• Office administration — day-to-day coordination, documentation, and admin support
• Contribute to growth initiatives and new business opportunities
What You Bring
• Excellent proficiency in English (must)
• Kannada & Hindi — good speaking proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of Zoho / Tally is good to have
• Basic MS Office / Excel proficiency
