About NeuroNurture Kids We are a fast-growing Paediatric developmental platform connecting families with doctors & specialists in Speech, Occupational, and Behavioral therapy.
As we scale, we are looking for a Growth & Operations Lead—a "right-hand" professional to the founder who can manage the heartbeat of our daily operations while driving our mission to more families across India.
Your RoleThis is a high-visibility role where no two days are the same. You will sit at the intersection of Business Development and Operational Excellence. You are the bridge between our clinical team, our partner institutions, and the parents who trust us.
1. Driving Growth (Business Development)- Partnership Building: Identify and pitch NeuroNurture’s services to premium schools, pediatric clinics, and early intervention centers.
- Client Acquisition: Lead "Discovery Calls" with parents, guiding them from their first inquiry to their first therapy session with empathy and clarity.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent NeuroNurture in webinars, parent groups, and healthcare forums to build a pipeline of trust-based leads.
- Pricing Strategy: Work with the founder to design customized therapy packages and institutional contracts.
2. Mastering the Engine (Operations & Admin)- The Patient Journey: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new families, ensuring a "white-glove" experience.
- Therapist Synergy: Manage scheduling, session logs, and therapist availability to ensure 100% utilization and zero missed sessions.
- Financial Oversight: Handle invoicing, track payment cycles, and manage follow-ups with a professional yet firm approach.
- Process Design: Help us build the "NeuroNurture Playbook" by documenting SOPs that make our scaling seamless.
Who You Are- The Multitasker: You can close a partnership deal in the morning and reconcile a billing sheet in the afternoon without breaking a sweat.
- The Communicator: You speak and write with "Warm Authority." You can comfort a worried parent and negotiate with a school principal with equal ease (English & Hindi).
- The Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions. If a session is cancelled or a lead goes cold, you already have a backup plan.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic data reporting.
